Ingredients

  • 2Raw Nendre Banana
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededOil for deep fry
  • As neededCoconut oil or normal cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil add turmeric powder, remove the skin of the banana, make thin slices directly on the oil or plate, deep fry till crisp and golden brown, remove from the oil, transfer to tissue paper, sprinkle salt. Allow to cool. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
