Steps

Wash and dry the brinjal. Slit each brinjal lengthwise till the stalk ensuring not to cut them in halves.

In a bowl, mix all spices together.

Stuff this mixture in the slit brinjal.

Now a heavy bottom kadhai,heat oil in it and add the brinjals.

Cover the kadhai with a lid and let it cook on the low flame.

Softly stir and flip them.Cook for about 20-25 minutes till it's done

Serve hot with roti or piranhas.
