Ingredients

  • 13/4 cupflour
  • 11/2 tspbaking powder
  • 3/4butter
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 3eggs
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 90 mlorange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat sugar ad butter till soft

  2. 2

    Add milk, egg, orange juice,orange zest and baking pwd and mix

  3. 3

    Add flour in batches as u mix

  4. 4

    Grease the baking tin and pour the mixture

  5. 5

    Bake for 30-35 mins

    For icing, 300gms icing sugar, 150gms butter, lemon juice
