Steps

Soak saffron in milk.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add Rajgira flour. Stir and saute until light brown on slow to medium flame.

Add milk and sugar and stir continuously until no lumps remains. Add saffron milk and cardamom powder. Add chopped dry fruits. Once it starts leaving ghee switch off gas.

Garnish with cashews and almonds. Serve hot.
