Sieve flour,sugar,baking powder,cocoa,sugar in a bowl,whisk egg add melted margarine and vanilla flour whisk very in another bowl,and pour all together and whisk for at least 3minutes.pour in milk and warm water and whisk more untill is well whisked.

Cream the baking pan with margarine.

Preheat oven,pour in the batter in the baking pan,pour the rasins on top.Bake for 35minutes on a medium heat.
