Add the pasta to the water and boil turn down cook low until Done. Strain set aside. Add the a mixing bowl.

Cut and chop the 1/2 of smoked sausage into little Pieces. Then the red onion same tiny pieces. Chop the sweet pepper small too.

Add the Sourcream and chives in a small tub. Add the 3 tbls Grated smoked cheese to another tub. Then chop the sundried tomatoes.

In the mixing bowl with the fusili pasta in it. Add all the sausage, pepper, onion, sundried tomatoes, Grated cheese,

Lastly add the salt and black pepper mix all in then add the Sour cream and chives mix all in and its ready when your ready to eat. If next day put it in the fridge. Add a little grated cheese to finish.
