Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 gmyellow kaddu
  • 1 bowl sugar
  • 1/2 bowlchopped nuts
  • 1.1/2 tsp fennal seeds
  • 2 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut kaddu in round shape.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a pan.

  3. 3

    Add fennal seeds and sliced kaddu pieces into it.

  4. 4

    Saughte for 5 mints.

  5. 5

    Add sugar to it and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-12 mints.

  6. 6

    Cook until kaddu soften and sugar syrup thickens.

  7. 7

    Add chopped nuts to it.

  8. 8

    Serve hot
