    Soak beans in water for 2min

    Put beans in a motar and pound genly to peel, transfer to a bowl

    Add water, using a sieve to remove the skin

    Add pepper, tatase, onions add water and grind

    Whisk beans puree very well using turning stick to incorporate air in the batter, add Maggi and stir

    Heat oil in pan, using a spoon drop batter in the oil to fry f both sides till golden brown, continue the same process with remaining batter

    Serve it hot with pap /tea 😋😋
