Ingredients

  • 10Spinach Leaves-
  • 150 gmBesan
  • 2Garlic cloves
  • 2 tspSuji
  • Salt- As per taste
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspDry coriander
  • 1 tspDegi mirch
  • 1/2 tspHeeng
  • 1 tspKasoori Methi
  • 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  • 1 tspAjwayen
  • As neededRefined oil- for Deep fry
  • 1 CupCurd
  • 2 tbspnImli chutney
  • 1 tbspnBura
  • 2 tbspRaita masala
  • 2 tbspJeera masala

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take Spinach Leaves and wash and dry.

    Take Besan and add all dry ingredients and mix well and make batter for pakora. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

    Take kadai and heat oil then take one by one spinach leaf dip in besan and fry on medium heat. Remove from oil and put on napkin. Keep aside for cool.

    Whisk the curd and bura. Take plate put all spinach pakora spread curd, raita masala, Jeera masala and put imly chutney. Yummy Palak Patta chaat is ready to eat.
