Steps

Firstly take curd in a bowl and add salt and sugar in it and mix it well.

Strain the curd properly so that there should be no lumps in it.

Take another bowl and put potatoes in it and add onion, green chilli, all dry spices, green coriander and pomegranate seeds, lemon juice in it.

Now make a hole in the patasi and put the mixture in it.

Now put curd on the patasi.

Put tamarind chutney and sprinkle red chilli powder, jeera powder and chaat masala on the curd.

Now put some curd on it and garnish with coriander leaves and namkeen.

Your patasi chaat is ready to serve.
