  2. Salt
  3. Groundnut oil
  4. Ripe plantain

Steps

  1. 1

    Place a dry frying pan on the heat,pour in groundnut oil when is hot cut one big onion in 4 pieces and drops in the oil.

  2. 2

    Then pour in the plantain to fry tirn for under to fry.the onion will give the plantain a sweet different taste.
