Soak rice and dal for 20 minutes.

In cooker. Take oil, Cummin seeds,hing, peppercorn,dalchini, and cloves,Put tomatoes. Mix it. Add garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and green peas. Mix it well. Put soaked dal and rice mixture. Add water. Put the lid. Cook for 3 whistles. let it rest

Open the lid. Mix it well. Serve with curd and papad. Have it hot
