Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupWheat flour
  2. 3/4 cupMaida
  3. 3/4 cupcurd
  4. 1/4 cuphoney
  5. 1/4 cupmilkmaid
  6. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  9. 2 tbspsugar
  10. 1/2 cupbutter
  11. 1/4 cuppistachio powdered(unsalted)
  12. 1 tbsppistachio sliced(for garnishing)

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat the oven for 10 mins at 180 degree Celsius. Mix together all the dry ingredients flour,pistachio nuts powder,baking powder,sugar and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl mix together curd,butter,milkmaid and honey. Now gradually pour the liquid batter into dry ingredients bowl and mix them together. Beat the batter with blender for a min as it will turn smooth. Pour the batter in muffin mould and top it with chopped pistachios.

    Keep the moulds in oven for 20-25 mins and bake them. Check them with the help of tooth pick. If the batter sticks with it,then bake them for 5 mins more.
