Ingredients

  1. 200 gmBasmati rice
  2. 150 gmGur
  3. 2 tbspGhee
  4. 10-12Almonds
  5. 4Green cardamom
  6. 400 gmWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add gurr in a cup of water and let it soft

  2. 2

    Add ghee in cooker

  3. 3

    Add almonds into it

  4. 4

    Roast it for few minutes

  5. 5

    Now add rice in the cooker

  6. 6

    Add 2 cup of water and add jaggery

  7. 7

    Add the jaggery water in rice

  8. 8

    Flame the gas at max.

  9. 9

    After one whistle turn off the gas

  10. 10

    Gurr rice are ready

  11. 11

    Mix cardamom rice as well

  12. 12

    Now it ready to serve
