Steps

Chop all the vegetables into julliens

Boil plain noodles with salt and oil

Strain the noodles once they are cooked and wash with cold water immediately to avoid sticking. Put some oil on boiled noodles and mix well.

Keep all the things ready to make the noodles

In a kadai pour 2tbsp oil and add all the chopped veggies

Cook them till soft

Add noodles in the veggies

Mix well.

Add all the sauces, vinegar, salt in the noodles and mix well.

Serve hot with all the sauces
