Ingredients

  • 7-8boiled potatoes
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • Pinchhing
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 spoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add all spices and saute it now add boiled and mashed potatoes mix well.

  2. 2

    Cover and cook for 5 minute for low flame.

  3. 3

    Now add some green coriander and serve with puri.
