My dambun kanzo tuwo
I love kanzon tuwo taste like rice

I first use warm water to wash it and soak

Put in a seiver to drain out water

Cut all my veggies and set aside

After I check the kanzon if water is drain I use fork to scatter it to make it one one

Add Maggi very little salt. Spices veggies.

Add my onions and vegetable oil and stir for salt and Maggi to taste
- 7
Serve with zobo drink
