Ingredients

  1. HalfOnion chopped large
  2. Halfhead of cabbage chopped
  3. 2carrots sliced
  4. 1Green or yellow squash sliced
  5. HalfGreen pepper sliced
  6. 2Celery stalks sliced
  7. 2Garlic cloves
  8. 2 slicesOptional chopped bacon
  9. Salt taste
  10. Pepper taste
  11. 3 TbspOlive Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop any veggies you want to eat or have laying around. Coat with olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Bake at 425 F covered for 20 min. Uncover and bake another 20 min. Or until veggies meet preference.
