Ingredients

  1. 2.2 poundsboneless chicken breasts
  2. 1/2 tablespoontomato paste
  3. 5 tablespoonsyogurt
  4. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  5. 1/4 cupwhite vinegar
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. 3 clovescrushed garlic
  8. 2 teaspoonsshawarma spice
  9. 1 tablespoonghee and 1/4 cup vegetable oil (to start in the pot)
  10. 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  11. 1/2 teaspooncurry powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoonground dried cilantro
  13. 1/2 teaspooncumin
  14. You can just use shawarma spices, it won't affect the taste
  15. Because it already contains a mix of everything

Cooking Instructions

    First, wash the chicken well with salt and water. Cut the breast into two parts (to get thin pieces) and slice them lengthwise into thin strips.
