Steps

Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan and boil it on medium flame.

Stirring continuously to avoid burning.

When milk reduces to half, add sugar, chopped nuts and grated apple.

Cook till tender and finally add cardamom powder, mix well.

Switch off the gas and allow to cool down.

Garnish with chopped apple and dry fruits.

Serve chilled.
