Take a cooker and add two tbsp of oil and one tbsp of ghee and add rice (soaked for 1/2 hour) fry it and add salt to taste add water and leave it to boil.Switch off the gas stove after two whistles

Take a frying pan,add two tbsp of oil then add spring onion,cabbage,capsicum,carrot,beans, salt to taste and fry it.

After it boils,Mix the veggies to the rice and serve hot.
