Ingredients

  • 2 cupsoats
  • 2 spoonssuji
  • 2 spoonspeas
  • 2 spoonschick pea dal
  • 1/2 spoonmustard seeds
  • 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  • somecoriander leaves
  • as requiredSalt
  • 1 tspeno lemon salt
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind one time oats keep in bow add half boil Chickpea dal and all ingredients, oil and lemon salt mix it well

  2. 2

    Now add water to this mixture make it like medium thick better and keep a side now add water in idli cooker heat water grease idli moulds.

  3. 3

    Then take batter add lemon salt mix it well fill all idli plates put uncooked for 10 minutes our idli is ready for servings
