Steps

First in a pan take oats and dry roast for about 3-4 minutes. Turn off the gas.Keep this aside.

Now in a pan,add 2 tsp oil.Now add cumin seeds and curry leaves.Then add onion and green chilli,saute it for about 2 minutes. Then add peas and tomatoes. Cook until they becomes soft.Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.

Then add roasted oats and lemon juice. Mix well. Add 2 tbsp water and cover it. Cook until oats becomes soft.Turn off the gas. Oats poha is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
