#shivratri : This recipe is giving full of energy during fasting.
Steps

First of all remove the outer layer and inner seeds of bottle guard and grated this.

Now put kadhai, on the gas flame, at medium flame, insert grated bottle guard, put ghee and cover it.

Now the flame should be low and cook at this flame level.

Stir it in between five minutes of interval and cover it again.

Now in this we should remove all water within grated bottle guard and becomes dry.

After than insert sugar and cook it. Now after few minutes of cooking add mava.

After than proper cooking of this, switch off the gas flame and mix Elachi powder.

Now, take a plain plate, grease with ghee and put or spread this cooked bottle guard mixture.

When this becomes thick, then cut this according to your wish and serve it.
