Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmilk
  2. 1/2 cupsamak rice soaked in water
  3. 1/2 cupsugar or according to taste
  4. 1 teaspoonelaichi powder
  5. 1 tbspdry fruits chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk.

  2. 2

    Mix samak rice.

  3. 3

    Stir continuously.

  4. 4

    After a boil cook it with cover the pan.

  5. 5

    Now mix sugar,elaichi powder and dry fruits.

  6. 6

    Serve Hot or chilled.
