Heat the tava on medium flame(iron or old nonstick tava would be better for this dosa sandwich)Add salt in dosa batter and mix well, take a 2 ladelfull of dosa batter and spread on hot tava, the thickness of dosa should be like uttapum.

Let the dry upar layer of dosa

Then put 2 tbs green chutney,1tbs schezwan sauce, and 1 tbs butter

Mix it and spread all over the dosa

Now add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, and chopped capsicum

Sprinkle piri piri powder and salt,

Now drizzle grated cheese

Now evenly pour dosa batter on it

Now carefully but quickly flip the dosa (this can be tricky)

Let it cook it well

Cut it into 4 slice and apply butter on each slice, cook till both side become crispy

Serve hot with red coconut chutney
