Ingredients

  1. 1 cupKuttu aata
  2. 1Potato boiled and mashed
  3. 1Green chillies - finely chopped
  4. SomeCoriander leaves - finely chopped
  5. 1 tspJeera or cumin seeds
  6. 1 tspjeera powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 2 tsprock salt
  9. 1/2 tsp sugar
  10. 2 tbspgroundnut powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything in a large mixing bowl, you can add salt as per your preference

  2. 2

    Make a tight dough using some water. You can also use buttermilk for it.let the dough rest in refrigerator for about 30 mins to set. This step is optional. You can directly make the cutlets as well.

  3. 3

    Make small round circles of the dough and coat them in some groundnut powder.

  4. 4

    Shallow fry these on medium flame in some ghee. Enjoy !!!
