Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled brown rice
  • 1 cupchopped vegetables
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 2boiled egg
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tbspbiryani masala
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2star anise
  • 2cardamom
  • 7-8cashew

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil,whole spices and chopped veggies

  2. 2

    When it half done add curd and biryani masala and stir till a boil

  3. 3

    Add rice and egg,mix well and cook for a minute by cover the pan and serve hot.
