  1. Cooked Thai Rice Crispy Cakes
  2. Oil
  3. 200 g.Of Minced pork
  4. 2 tspTamarind sauce
  5. 1 tspsoy sauce
  6. 1 tsppalm sugar
  7. 50 gcoconut milk
  8. 1 tspfish sauce
  9. 20 g.Of Chilli paste
  10. Peanuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Making Thai rice crispy cake.heat pan

    Heat pan ready fried Rice crispy cake
    Pour the mixture into pan, tin or any other shaped pan (Try to make circle)

    Bake for 10 minutes or until they tops are brown and all sides are completely crispy 

  2. 2

    Make the sauce: Add all sauce ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Then pour in to the pan to cook.
