  • 400 gmVegetable fat
  • 100 gmGhee
  • 5 gmBaking powder
  • 10 gmMilk powder
  • 5 gmSalt
  • 100 gmTutty fruity
  • 100 gmDry cherries
  • 10 mlVanilla essence

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Bread kept in oven for 15 min and made into crumbs

    A picture of step 1 of Bread pudding.
  2. 2

    Sugar salt and eggs are mixed together and beat with electric beater, then add veg fat and vanilla essence

  3. 3

    Add bread crumbs milk powder and baking powder, finally add ghee, grease a pan and keep in oven for 45 min at 140degrees
