Ingredients

  • 1apple
  • 200 gmgreen and black grapes
  • 2banana
  • 5-6 pcsstrawberries
  • 1lemon
  • 1gauva
  • as neededsugar equal to weight of fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel chop and wash all fruit.put in cooker with half cup water.after coming 1 whistle.switch off flame.

  2. 2

    Take blender and make puree.

  3. 3

    Take a wok and stain puree into wok.add sugar.after coming one boil. slow down the flame.

  4. 4

    Continuously stir this till it comes into jam type consistancy.

  5. 5

    Homemade jam is ready to serve with homemade bread.
