  • 1 kgbasmati rice
  • 1 kgbeef
  • onions diced
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • tomato ketchup
  • soy sauce

  1. 1

    Sweat the onions.. add oil garlic and ginger.. cook for 1 min

  2. 2

    Add the meat and stir... cook for approximately 15 mins... seasonto desired taste..

  3. 3

    Add ketchup and rice(washed and drained) mix and add boiled water

  4. 4

    Add soy sauce..cook for 10-15min..
