Ingredients

  1. 2Squids medium size
  2. 4-5 tablespoonsAll purpose flour
  3. 2 tablespoonsCorn flour
  4. 1 tablespoonPepper powder
  5. 1 tablespoonRed chilli powder
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. 1Egg white
  8. 1 tablespoonRava
  9. SomeOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the squids and cut into rings.

    In a box mix all the dry ingredients.

    Add squids and coat them thoroughly.

    Add egg white and rava. Mix well

    Fry them till they are golden brown.

    Mix lemon juice with mayonnaise to make lemon mayo.
