First heat 2 tbsp oil in pan then take boiled potato, salt cumin powder ginger paste mix well

Then take bread cut into triangle shape and scramble egg separately. Stuff the masala inside the bread.

Then take a frying pan brush oil and light fry this sandwich

Lastly serve with onion slices & tomato sauce
