3 cupsrice
1big bulb of onions
Carrot
Green pepper

1Seasoning cube(knor)
5 gvegetable oil
2 piecesfresh pepper

Steps

Wash and cut your vegetables and set them aside

Light your cooker parboil your rice wash and set aside

Put back on the cooker and add water that will cover the top of the rice then add a pinch of salt and boil untill its soft set aside when ready

Then in a sauce pan put your vegetable oil and allow it to heat

Pour your onions and sliced vegetables then add your salt and seasoning cube to taste
