Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts cut lengthwise
  • Onion sliced
  • Tomato sliced
  • Fresh parsley
  • Mined garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Curry powder
  • Sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • French dressing
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Garlic sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic for 2 hours

    Fry onion and garlic then add marinated chicken. Keep frying till chicken is cooked.

    Add tomatoes, parsley, and spices and mix.

    Serve with rice or bread and drizzle some of the sauce over chicken mix.
