  • 2 glassesbasmati rice
  • 8black pepper
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 4 glasswater
  • 1 cupCoriander leaves
  • 1bay leaf

    Soak the rice in a bowl for at least 20 mins

    Keep a cooker put ghee,black pepper,jeera,tez patta fry for a min.

    Put rice and salt to it and add water and stir give 2 whistles to it.

    Your jeera rice is ready to serve.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
