  • 1/2lt water
  • 30 gsugar
  • 20 mllemon juice
  • cubesIce

    Soak tamarind in water for 1 hr

    Sieve and pour in a pot bring to boil

    Add sugar

    Let it cool then add the lemon juice

    Throw in some ice cubes and enjoy
