A healthy Snack with a healthy Bite

Mix half cup of water with Bicarbonate of soda and mix with the Deseeded Dates first, keep aside.

Now, Mix Butter and sugar then crack in the 4 eggs, mix and add the crushed Dates with vanilla essence.

Add the Raisins followed by Flour with Baking powder and mix gradually to have a uniformed mixture

Mixture ready, pour batter on a greased tin, bake for 180 degrees for 50 minutes, poke with a toothpick, if comes out dry, then ready, let cool.

Once cooled, slice it up.
