Ingredients

  • 300 gm prawn
  • 2potatoes
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1tomato pureed
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder / whole spices powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry onions and ginger garlic

  2. 2

    Add prawn and potatoes,mix salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    Now add tomato and red chilli powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Add coconut milk and cover

  5. 5

    As prawns and potatoes are soft

  6. 6

    Add sugar and garam masala powder and serve
