Take a bowl put oats and curd and mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes

Now add all veggies and mix them up well and add pepper powder,chat masala, cumin powder and salt and mix them again

Now apply butter on bread and spread oats veggies mixture on it and cover it with another bread and apply butter on it too

Heat grill pan and apply butter and grill the sandwiches from both the sides till crispy and golden in colour

Oats veggies sandwiches are ready

Cut and serve them
