Steps

Grind mint leaves,chilli, salt and lemon juice for the chutney

Take the bread slices and apply mint chutney

Heat the dosa rawa, add oil.

Place the bread on top. Break the egg and put on top of the 2 slices and spread nicely.

Flip on the other side and cook until the egg is cooked
- 6
Open sandwich is ready
