Schezwan potato masala toast

Take a bowl and mash boiled potato mix all vegetables black pepper and salt.

Mixture is ready. Take a 1 bread spread schezwan sauce and put mixture on it and spread cheese on it and cover with another slice of bread.

Cook on sandwich maker for 4 to 5 minutes both side when it turns golden brown in colour.

Serve with sauce and green chutney and garnish with cheese on it or cottage cheese also you use.
