  • 2 1/2 cupsself raisn flour
  • 6bananas
  • 2 cupsmargarine
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • Milk

    Weigh all the ingredients & put the sugar & margarine in a bowl.

    Beat the sugar and margarine till pale and fluffy,

    Add beaten eggs to the mixture.

    Add sieved flour and a little milk then mix.

    Add mashed bananas then fold in with a spatula.

    In a pre heated oven place the batter in a sufuria, for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

  7. 7

    The cake will bake well, insert a skewer it will be clear. Serve when cooled with any beverage.
