Mix the brown rice with 1tbsp of coconut oil and 3 cups of water and boil

Stir rice when boiled then fluff when done

Boil broccoli and add 1 tbsp of coconut oil when done

Cut the chicken breasts diagonally into 4 even slices

Add diced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to chicken and mix

Fry chicken for approx 3 minutes on each side
- 7
Mix 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt with any spices
- 8
Weight out 130-150g of Chicken, 100g of rice, fill with broccoli, add yogurt mix to each
