Boil stock fish to be soft.add salt and onion.boil rice rinse and boil again untill is done.cut garden egg and keep aside

Blend tomatoes and pepper and boil for the water to reduce.fry in vegetable oil add onion.as is frying add salt,royal spices,garden egg,royco seasoning and thyme and boiled stock fish.

After ten to twelve mins rinse and cut in the basilica leaves.stir and stew is ready.
