Ingredients

  1. 400 gmcauliflower
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 1 large onion
  4. 2 tbsp oil
  5. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  6. 1 pinchasafoetida
  7. 1/2 spoongaram masala / whole spices powder
  8. 1/3 spoonred chilli powder
  9. 1/3 spoonturmeric powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2Coriander powder
  12. as requiredGreen coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut cauliflower, potato, onion

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pa,Add cumin seeds and asafoetia,.Add onion,.When it turns into red,Add turmeric, chilli, coriander powder.

  3. 3

    Add cauliflower and potato,Add salt and mix it well for minutes on low flame.

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 cup of water,And cover pan,And keep it on medium flame.

  5. 5

    Check after 5 minutes,Mix again and cover,After few time check again,if it become soft add garam masala and coriander leaves,Switch the flame off.

  6. 6

    Enjoy with roti/paratha/poori... With curd😋😋😋
