Gobhi aloo (cauliflower potato)

Wash and cut cauliflower, potato, onion

Heat oil in a pa,Add cumin seeds and asafoetia,.Add onion,.When it turns into red,Add turmeric, chilli, coriander powder.

Add cauliflower and potato,Add salt and mix it well for minutes on low flame.

Add 1/2 cup of water,And cover pan,And keep it on medium flame.

Check after 5 minutes,Mix again and cover,After few time check again,if it become soft add garam masala and coriander leaves,Switch the flame off.

Enjoy with roti/paratha/poori... With curd😋😋😋
