Steps

Take all ingredients except water and oil in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

Add required amount of water and make a soft dough.

Add 1 tsp of oil and smear the dough and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes

Take a portion of the dough and roll out by dusting a little maida on the table top.

Heat ample oil in a pan. Add the bhature and cook in medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with chole and curd.
