Apple rings

I got remaining batter after cooking the apple rings. So, i made 2 pieces of pancakes with the remaining batter. "Cinnamon pancakes" huh?

Combine milk with lemon juice (buttermilk)

Combine dry ingredients together

Make a well at the center. Add egg and buttermilk

Cut each apple into 3 thick slices. Remove the cored using a biscuit cutter or using a knife. Note:Do not cut apples into thin pieces. It may break and separate with the batter during frying, which may end in messing up everything!

Dip apple slice in the batter

Heat oil in a pan and fry apple rings for about 1 minute each side
Remove excess oil using a kitchen towel - 7
Coat apple rings with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Serve with chocolate or anything of choice
