Wash and soak ur white rice,u soak it for 5hour or less wen ur in hurry,remove from water and blend don't add too much water

Put d blended rice in a bowl add yeast and stir it well, close with lid keep it in warm place or under sun to rise

Wen rise it will double in size and u will see bubbles on the top of the rice stir it and add small baking powder,salt,sugar and chopped onions add water if needed stir it well

Put ur masa pan on fire add small oil to each hole,scope d masa mixture and pour it to d holes reduce ur heat to low wen done u flip d other side and cook till brown remove and serve with yajin kuli kuli o soup of ur choice.
